Prayer Survey

Church on the Rock has been called to be a praying church, not a church which holds prayer meetings.

In response to that call, a few months ago we were encouraged to take part in prayer relationships; we would now like some feedback! Please would you complete the attached poll to let us know how many of you are taking part in some kind of prayer relationship. All responses are completely anonymous, so don't think you'll get a phone call if you say no.....this isn't about laying a guilt trip on people!
